Send mail to multiple contacts

In this option, you will use a mailing list to be able to track the opens or clicks. It will appear in the activity field of the contact.
In order to send a mail to multiple contacts, you will need to:
Before inserting each contact into the database create a temporary group with the name of your event or batch with parent item “Companies/Partners”
Add each person to the database, also adding them to the group you created
Click on “Mailings”
Click on “New Mailing”
Give your mailing a name (i.e. External relations contact management – ADA 2018)
Open “Template” drop-down and select “Welcome to FDI – EXTERNAL RELATIONS”
Ensure “From” field is your name
Start typing the group you created and select it to send to that group
Adapt text as needed
On top of “Mailing Name”, click “Publication”
Change “Mailing visibility” to “User and User Admin Only”
Click “Next”
Select “Send immediately” or schedule for a later time
Click “Submit mailing”
